Acceptance of Terms

By accessing, browsing, registering an account with, or placing any wager on the zzko platform (accessible at zzko.io and all associated subdomains and mobile interfaces), you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to be legally bound by these Terms & Conditions in their entirety, together with zzko's Privacy Policy, Responsible Gaming Policy, and any applicable bonus terms that are incorporated herein by reference.

These Terms constitute the entire agreement between you and zzko with respect to your use of the platform and supersede all prior or contemporaneous communications, representations, warranties, and agreements, whether oral or written, relating to the subject matter herein.

zzko reserves the right to update, modify, or replace these Terms at any time at its sole discretion. Where material changes are made, zzko will endeavour to notify registered players via the email address associated with their account and/or via a prominent notice on the platform. It is your responsibility to review these Terms periodically.

Eligibility Requirements

To register and maintain an account on zzko, and to place any wager on any game or sports market offered through the platform, you must satisfy all of the following eligibility criteria at all times:

• You are at least 21 years of age. zzko strictly prohibits the use of its platform by any person under the age of 21, regardless of the applicable legal gambling age in any given jurisdiction.
• You are accessing the platform as a private individual acting on your own behalf, and not as a professional gambler, affiliate, agent, or representative of any third party for commercial purposes.
• You are not currently subject to any self-exclusion agreement, whether imposed by zzko or by any other gaming operator or regulatory scheme.
• You have not previously had an account suspended or permanently closed by zzko due to a breach of these Terms.
• You are accessing the platform from a jurisdiction in which online gambling is not expressly prohibited by applicable law. It is your sole responsibility to determine whether your use of the platform is lawful in your jurisdiction.
• You are of sound mind and are not under the influence of alcohol or any substance that may impair your judgment at the time of placing wagers.

zzko reserves the right to request documentary proof of eligibility at any time, including government-issued photo identification, proof of address, and proof of payment method ownership. Failure to provide such documentation within the timeframe specified by zzko may result in the suspension of your account and the withholding of pending withdrawals pending verification.

Account Registration

Each individual may hold only one registered account on the zzko platform. The creation of multiple accounts by the same individual — whether under the same or different identities, email addresses, payment methods, or device profiles — is strictly prohibited and constitutes grounds for immediate account suspension and forfeiture of all balances held across the duplicate accounts.

Registration Information

When registering, you are required to provide accurate, complete, and up-to-date information. You agree to maintain the accuracy of this information throughout the lifetime of your account and to notify zzko promptly of any changes via the account settings portal or by contacting customer support.

• Full legal name as it appears on your government-issued identity document.
• Valid email address to which you have ongoing access.
• Date of birth confirming you are 21 years of age or older.
• Mobile phone number registered in your own name.
• Residential address in Bangladesh or your country of residence.

Account Security

You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your username and password. zzko strongly recommends the use of a strong, unique password that is not shared with any other online service. You must notify zzko immediately at [email protected] if you suspect that your account credentials have been compromised or that your account has been accessed without your authorisation.

zzko will never ask you to disclose your password via email, telephone, or live chat. Any communication purporting to request your password should be treated as fraudulent and reported to zzko support immediately.

Deposits and Withdrawals

Accepted Payment Methods

zzko currently accepts deposits and processes withdrawals via the following payment methods available to players in Bangladesh: bKash, Nagad, Rocket, Upay, Dutch-Bangla Bank, and City Bank. All transactions are denominated in Bangladeshi Taka (৳). zzko does not accept cryptocurrency or any payment method not explicitly listed in the platform's Cashier section.

Deposit Terms

• The minimum deposit amount is ৳500 per transaction.
• The maximum deposit amount per transaction is ৳100,000, subject to the limits imposed by the relevant payment provider.
• Deposits are credited to your zzko account balance in real time or within sixty seconds of successful payment confirmation.
• zzko does not charge any deposit processing fee. Any fees charged by your payment provider are your sole responsibility.
• Deposits may only be made from payment accounts registered in your own name. Third-party deposits are strictly prohibited.

Withdrawal Terms

• The minimum withdrawal amount is ৳1,000 per transaction.
• Withdrawals are processed to the same payment method used for the most recent deposit, subject to that method's availability for outbound transactions.
• zzko targets a withdrawal processing time of one to fifteen minutes for mobile money methods (bKash, Nagad, Rocket, Upay) and up to one business day for bank transfers, subject to identity verification status.
• Players who have not previously completed identity verification may be required to do so before their first withdrawal is processed. zzko requires a copy of a government-issued photo ID and a recent proof of address document.
• zzko reserves the right to delay processing of any withdrawal where there is reasonable suspicion of fraudulent activity, bonus abuse, or a breach of these Terms, pending a thorough investigation.
• Winnings derived from bonus funds are subject to the applicable wagering requirements before becoming eligible for withdrawal.

Bonuses and Promotions

zzko offers a range of bonuses and promotional incentives to eligible players, including but not limited to welcome bonuses, reload bonuses, free spins, cashback offers, and tournament prize pools. All bonuses are subject to the specific terms published on the relevant promotion page, and those terms are incorporated into these Terms & Conditions by reference.

General Bonus Conditions

• Bonuses are available to players who have completed account registration and, where applicable, identity verification.
• Each bonus offer specifies a minimum qualifying deposit, a wagering requirement (expressed as a multiplier of the bonus amount or the combined bonus and deposit amount), a list of eligible games, and an expiry date.
• Wagering requirements must be met in full before any bonus-derived winnings may be withdrawn. Any withdrawal request made before wagering requirements are satisfied will result in the forfeiture of all pending bonus amounts and associated winnings.
• zzko reserves the right to modify, suspend, or withdraw any bonus offer at any time without prior notice, provided that any modification does not retroactively worsen the terms of a bonus already credited to a player's account.
• Players may only claim each specific bonus offer once unless the offer expressly states otherwise.
• zzko reserves the right to reverse any bonus credited in error or where eligibility criteria were not met at the time of crediting.

Any attempt to abuse the bonus system — including creating multiple accounts to claim the same bonus, placing opposing bets to minimise wagering risk without genuine play, or any other form of bonus exploitation — will result in the immediate cancellation of the bonus, forfeiture of associated winnings, and potential permanent account closure.

Game Rules and Fairness

All casino games available on the zzko platform — including slots, live dealer games, table games, and crash games — are supplied by third-party game studios including Pragmatic Play, Evolution Gaming, NetEnt, Microgaming, Spribe, and Ezugi. Each game operates according to its own set of rules, return-to-player (RTP) percentages, and volatility profiles, which are published within the individual game interface or the game studio's documentation.

All random outcomes in eligible games are determined by certified random number generators (RNG) or, in the case of live dealer games, by physical dealing processes conducted in regulated studio environments. zzko does not interfere with the outcome of any game provided by a third-party studio.

Sports Betting

Sports betting markets on zzko, including cricket markets covering BPL, IPL, T20 World Cup, and bilateral series, are governed by the specific sportsbook rules published on the platform. Wagers are settled in accordance with official results from recognised governing bodies. zzko reserves the right to void any bet placed on a market where pricing or data errors are evident, and to suspend markets at any time where match integrity concerns arise.

Prohibited Conduct

The following conduct is strictly prohibited on the zzko platform. Engaging in any of the following may result in immediate account suspension, permanent closure, forfeiture of all balances, and where appropriate, reporting to relevant law enforcement authorities:

• Using automated software, bots, scripts, artificial intelligence tools, or any mechanical or electronic means to interact with the platform in a manner not intended for human players.
• Colluding with other players, platform employees, or third parties to gain an unfair advantage in any game or betting market.
• Exploiting technical errors, software bugs, or pricing mistakes to accumulate winnings that would not have been achievable under normal operating conditions.
• Engaging in any form of fraud, including the use of stolen, cloned, or unauthorised payment credentials.
• Attempting to launder money or use the platform to disguise the proceeds of any unlawful activity.
• Registering more than one account, regardless of the names, email addresses, or payment methods used.
• Allowing or facilitating the use of your account by any third party, including family members.
• Accessing the platform from a jurisdiction where online gambling is expressly prohibited, using a VPN or proxy service to circumvent geographic restrictions.
• Engaging in or attempting any form of reverse engineering, decompilation, or scraping of the platform's code, data, or pricing information.

Intellectual Property

All content on the zzko platform — including but not limited to the zzko brand name, logo, graphic design, user interface, software, game content supplied under licence from third-party studios, written content, and structural layout — is the exclusive intellectual property of zzko or its licensors and is protected by applicable copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws.

You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to access and use the platform solely for your personal, non-commercial entertainment purposes in accordance with these Terms. No portion of the platform's content may be reproduced, distributed, modified, publicly displayed, or used to create derivative works without the express prior written consent of zzko.

Privacy and Data Protection

zzko collects, processes, and stores personal data in accordance with its Privacy Policy, which is published separately on the platform at zzko.io/privacy-policy and is incorporated into these Terms by reference. By registering an account, you consent to the collection and processing of your personal data as described in the Privacy Policy.

zzko employs 256-bit SSL encryption across all platform pages and uses industry-standard data storage and access-control practices to protect player information. Player data is retained only for as long as necessary to fulfil the purposes for which it was collected, to comply with applicable legal obligations, and to resolve disputes.

Responsible Gaming

zzko is committed to promoting responsible gaming practices and to minimising the potential for gambling-related harm among its players. The platform provides a comprehensive suite of responsible gaming tools that are accessible at any time from the account settings dashboard, including:

• Deposit limits (daily, weekly, and monthly) that take effect immediately and may be lowered at any time; increases to deposit limits are subject to a cooling-off period.

Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, zzko, its officers, directors, employees, agents, and licensors shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of or in connection with your use of — or inability to use — the platform, including but not limited to losses arising from:

• Any interruption, suspension, or termination of the platform or any game or betting market.
• Any technical malfunction, server failure, data loss, or unauthorised access to your account that occurs despite zzko's reasonable security measures.
• Any decision made by zzko to void, reverse, or withhold payment of a wager in accordance with these Terms.
• Any loss of winnings, profits, or other financial loss arising directly from your participation in games or sports betting markets.
• Any reliance placed on information, odds, statistics, or commentary provided on the platform.

zzko's aggregate liability to you in respect of any claim arising out of your use of the platform shall not exceed the total amount deposited by you in the twelve months immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

Amendments and Termination

zzko reserves the right to amend these Terms & Conditions at any time. Amended Terms will be posted on this page with an updated effective date and version number. Where amendments are material, zzko will endeavour to provide registered players with advance notice of at least seven days via the email address on record before the amended Terms take effect.

zzko may suspend or permanently terminate your account at any time if you breach any provision of these Terms, if zzko is required to do so by applicable law or a regulatory directive, or if zzko decides to cease offering its services in any particular market. Upon termination for breach, any balance remaining in your account at the time of closure may be forfeited. Upon termination for any other reason, any verified balance will be returned to you via your registered payment method, subject to completion of any outstanding verification requirements.

You may close your account at any time by contacting zzko's customer support team via live chat or at [email protected]. Account closure requests are processed within one business day. Any verified balance remaining at the time of closure will be transferred to your registered payment method.

These Terms & Conditions shall be governed by and construed in accordance with general principles of fair dealing and consumer protection. Any dispute arising out of or in connection with these Terms that cannot be resolved through zzko's internal complaints process should be referred to our support team in the first instance at [email protected].
